The 2025 Public Media Summit Registration

Public Media Summit Registration is Open!

America’s Public Television Stations (APTS) invites you to join us for the 2025 Public Media Summit which will be held from Monday, February 24 to Wednesday, February 26 at the Salamander Washington, D.C. Hotel located at 1330 Maryland Avenue, SW, Washington D.C. 20024. Register online or print a registration form and submit by email.

Registration Rates are as follows:
Staff Rates for APTS Members, APTS Associate Members and National Organizations
Early Registration Rate: $565 - available through December 6, 2024
Regular Registration Rate: $635 - December 6, 2024 - January 31, 2025
Late Registration Rate: $725 - February 1, 2025 - February 24, 2025

Community Leader Rates for APTS Member Stations (Station’s non-staff Board Members/Volunteers). Note that all Community Leaders who are registered for the 2025 Public Media Summit will be automatically enrolled in the APTS Leadership Council. Early Registration Rate: $385 - available through December 6, 2024
Regular Registration Rate: $455 - December 6, 2024 - January 31, 2025
Late Registration Rate: $535 - February 1, 2025 - February 24, 2025

Cancellation/Refund Policy: All registration cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing via email to Julia Horville by February 14, 2025, to be eligible for a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after February 14, 2025.
