Company Description
The company description allows our sponsors to share important information with registrants and other sponsors about what their company does and the importance of its impact. This 500-word description is used in various marketing materials before, during and after the Summit. Let other people experience and understand the impact of your company towards public media.

50-word Text for Passport Booklet
Allow others to explore what your booth has to offer in our passport booklet. Included in a physical passport and in the online app, the passport booklet provides a brief summary of what you will be showcasing at your booth. Let others know why they should visit your booth!

Tabletop or Free-Standing Booth Type
Tabletop is a display that goes on top of the table and free-standing is a self-supporting display such as a pop-up.

Summit app
Diamond level sponsors will have their logo advertised on the bottom banner of the Summit app.

MEAL EVENT AND EXHIBIT BOOTH INFORMATION

Presentation Rehearsal
All meal presenters are responsible for their own presentations. APTS requires that all presentations for meal functions are rehearsed on-site with our audio visual staff prior to the event. Meal sponsors are responsible for bringing their own staff to run slides and serve as mic runners. As noted in the checklist grid, APTS will inform you of your rehearsal time. Final presentations must be sent to APTS by February 7, 2025. APTS will coordinate with sponsors on programming for all meal events.

Staging and Audio Visual
APTS is utilizing the Grand Ballroom for all meeting functions and meals. The 12’ deep by 32’ long stage will contain one digital podium. Screens measuring 7’10” by 14’ will flank either side of the stage. Full 1080p HD projectors will be utilized. PowerPoint should be formatted for 16:9. Video should be provided by High Resolution QuickTime files. Podium may be branded with your logo for your meal event (other than Welcome Reception) – provide as a single PowerPoint formatted for 16:9.
