WVIA Addresses Critical Health and Wellness Needs in Call the Doctor

WVIA, public media for Northeastern Pennsylvania, addresses critical health and wellness needs of the region with their premiere medical series, Call the Doctor.

Call the Doctor is one of WVIA's longest running programs having debuted in January 1988. The show supplies viewers with direct contact, during the broadcasts and after, to available local resources that can help those in need through their difficult health journeys.

The program is hosted by award winning journalist, Paola Giangiacomo, and can be seen Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m., Thursdays at 10 p.m. and Sundays at 4 p.m on WVIA-TV. In addition to being seen on WVIA’s upcoming season of Call the Doctor, Paola can be heard delivering news on FOX News Headlines 24/7 on SIRIUSXM Channel 115.
