Each year, the Association of Public Television Stations honors public television stations and leaders for innovative service to their communities. The EDGE Award highlights excellence in the use of technology, groundbreaking partnerships, and other pioneering work in public television. Please take a moment to learn more about the 2013 EDGE Award award recipients.
The 2014 EDGE Awards will be presented to stations, individuals or groups who are on the leading edge of service on-air, online and on-the-ground.
APTS member stations and their employees are eligible for nomination. Nominations should include the name of the person offering the nomination, the name of the nominee/project, and a description of the merits of the project. Nominations of past winners have also submitted additional materials (for example, detailed project descriptions and impact statements, videos and other material, as well as letters of recommendation from project partners) to support the nominations. Please start thinking of your candidate(s). Our nomination process will begin this Fall!
