APTS President and CEO Patrick Butler, a Chattanooga native, spoke to the Rotary Club of Chattanooga on Thursday, January 19, 2012. Pat spoke about his upbringing in Chattanooga, the important work done by public television stations across the country that no one else does, and why its so critical for Congress to support public broadcasting stations with their annual federal funding.
