Tammye Heatley has been employed at APTS since April 2000.  She works primarily with the Vice President and General Counsel in the legal department, where her duties include conference planning and coordination, and support in the regulatory, policy, strategic initiatives, corporate, and human resources areas.

Tammye has several years of legal experience in litigation and employment law, and previously worked at the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, where she coordinated the training grants round and contract awards for minorities and women in public television and radio.

Tammye received a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.Ed., in Technology in Education from Strayer University.
